Horizen collaborates with Gateway to enhance prominent Web3 initiatives

Horizen Labs, a specialized company in zero-knowledge cryptography, has formed a comprehensive partnership with Gateway.fm, a distributed blockchain infrastructure company, according to the latest information shared with Finbold. The main objective of this collaboration is to leverage the expertise of both companies and collaborate on innovative solutions that simplify the deployment of zk-rollups and enhance the performance of decentralized applications (dApps).

Horizen specifically highlighted Gateway.fm’s Presto platform, which enables developers to deploy ZK-rollups with just four clicks. This user-friendly feature will contribute to streamlining the process for developers.

Rob Viglione, the CEO of Horizen Labs, expressed his excitement about the potential benefits for users and the broader Web3 ecosystem resulting from this partnership. He stated that this collaboration represents a significant step forward for Horizen Labs in the modular blockchain ecosystem. By combining their respective areas of expertise, Horizen Labs and Gateway.fm will be able to work on innovative solutions that benefit not only their users, but also the wider Web3 ecosystem. Viglione eagerly anticipates the outcomes of this partnership.

In addition to their collaboration on zk-rollups, Horizen Labs and Gateway.fm are also working on the development of a proof verification blockchain scheduled for release in 2024. This project aims to improve performance and reduce costs for various types of Verifiable Computation dApps by utilizing optimized Rust zk proof verification. The proof verification blockchain is already live on a testnet, and the two companies plan to continue their efforts in developing and testing improved zk-proof and proof verification combinations for leading Web3 projects.
